  • 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a full refund for any subscription cancelled within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked.

  • Non-Delivery: Refunds are available if you do not receive access to promised services (e.g., premium content) due to technical issues on our end.

  • Defective Service: If our services are significantly defective and we cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable time, you may request a refund.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refunds are not available if:

    • You change your mind after the 30-day period.

    • You violate our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing account access).

    • You fail to provide sufficient details to process the refund.

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Funds will be returned via the original payment method through Paddle.

  • Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings at publicpulse.agency. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not automatically trigger a refund unless within the 30-day guarantee period.
